Pastor Doug has been serving Silverton Assembly since 2013.
A native Oregonian, he has served churches in California and Oregon since 1977.
The Marks' traveled full time as guest speakers throughout the U.S., as well.
Doug enjoys motorcycling, watersports and connecting with people.
Dar's passions are ministering and gardening.
They have two adult children, Sterling & Desirae, both married. Married for 42 years, Doug & Dar are still amazed by God's transforming grace.
Jacob Looper

Jacob has ministered in churches in Oregon and abroad since the mid-1980s. Jacob has taught thousands of students, and is a singer, songwriter, saxophonist, pianist, music teacher, actor, videographer, photographer, and drone pilot.
Because of his willingness to share his musical skills with others, in 1998 Jacob was awarded the “Key To The City” of Redmond, Oregon. He also holds the National Choral Award and Louis Armstrong Jazz Award.
Over the years, Jacob has been instrumental in leading The Oregon Fine Arts Festival, and has been involved since 1997. Jacob has also been a Music Evaluator for the National Fine Arts Festival Since 2009.
Jacob loves to help others develop their talents, and is extremely excited to be reaching the Silverton Community.
